As you have been learning through this process, creating a vision helps our mind focus on where we are going--it creates a clearly lit path on the road ahead. If you have using the daily vision meditations you have experienced the power of this.

At the beginning of your journey you created a 30-day vision--this was your first short-term motivator and I hope that vision has guided you will over these last 30 days. As you continue your journey I highly recommend that at the end of each month you create a new 30-day vision. Each vision will provide your mind an important motivational focus point for your weight goals over the next 30 days.

So now, with just a few days left, during today’s coaching session: Creating your Next 30-Day Vision (below) I will walk you through creating your vision for the next 30 days in a special audio coaching session that will be sent you in an email.
